Since the emergence of the Islamic State, the threat of Western fighters in Syria and Iraq returning to the West has become a great concern. Our panel will examine the VWP and discuss why, in addition to economic and diplomatic benefits, the Visa Waiver Program may actually improve U.S. security, not endanger it. October 6, 2014.
