Brocade FastIron CX with PoE Plus
The FastIron CX Series of switches provides new levels of performance, flexibility, and scalability for your enterprise campus network in a compact 1U form factor.
Through their advanced pay-as-you-grow capabilities, these stackable switches can help you simplify expansion at the network edge. Utilizing built-in 16 Gbps stacking ports and Brocade IronStack technology, you can stack up to eight physical switches into a single logical switch with up to 384 ports.
Because FastIron CX switches can deliver both power and data, they provide a single-cable solution for supporting edge devices, such as Voice over IP (VoIP) phones, video surveillance cameras, and wireless access points. Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE Plus) and non-PoE Plus switch models are available, with the PoE models supporting the PoE Plus standard to deliver up to 30 watts of power to edge devices.

• Optional 10 GbE ports for connecting to aggregation or core layers
