Gap Analysis

Once all issues were placed on the board the facilitator then generated a debate based on the positioning of the issue and asked the groups to explain there chosen issues to the rest of the group. The issues were then placed on a wall and grouped into clusters or themes which were then used to generate further debate amongst the whole group. Finally, the facilitator placed the issues that had been collected by the local community as part of the consultation process on the wall and looked at the similarities and do a gap analysis to ensure no issues are missed and weight the elements in importance.
