Catch Report - 08/05/12 - Back Garden/Farmland

Well what a grotty soggy morning for moth counting, everything was sopping, and even during writing each species down, the paper got wet and the ink run.... nevertheless I was adorned with over 30 species of Moth this morning! I couldn't believe it.

I am still sitting here waiting for the rain to lift to take some pictures, but they may have to wait until tomorrow morning!

A minumum of 11c was recorded and with light winds, this probably suited the moths perfectly.
