So I found a nice wallpaper at deviantart.com that allows for an area to scroll images in the center. I'm using 4 desktop enhancement applications:
Rainlendar-Modified enacao customize.org/rainlendar/skins/57943
CD Art Display-modded from default skin that comes with CD Art
ObjectDock-my own icons found in fade to black
Rainmeter-my own design(modified fade to black),moxa weather icons
customize.org/rainmeter/skins/62461
customize.org/rainmeter/skins/45767
and the Background-Yoritsuki wallpaper

Now that I've learned a few more commands in Rainmeter, I've placed what I call Alpha/Omega buttons in the bottom left corner. The buttons allow me to close all of the Rainmeter apps with the exception of the images in the center. With a press of the button, they all come back on. Despite have 40 rss feeds going, it doesn't ho up my RAM, Rainmeter still runs light from 12,646K of memory to 18,084K with everything up.
I've made the RSS Feeds collapse and expand and the buttons are on top of each other, when one is active(show, arrow down), the other one is hidden(hide, arrow up). They all have a refresh button (a dot) always showing making it easy to see any modifications I may be making.
I'm also digging the gradient feature in Rainmeter to get the shading on the left and the right. If you look at the background link, you'll see the original does not appear as dark on the ends.
