Apollo
Here is a peek inside the Westcott Apollo 28" softbox. It has a shaft the mounts onto the lightstand. Small speedlights would mount just above the shaft. For the Qflash I used a second mount down lower so I could get the bare bulb in the center of the box. The front attaches with hook and loop. Cables and lightstand enter through a zipper hole in the bottom. Very quick setup.
