Buckwheat Cheese Crackers

I used Heidi's (101 Cookbook) buckwheet cheese twig recipe, but rolled them out and cut them with my small cookie cutter. I made twigs last time, and they were very cute. The kids love the flavor of these, made with buckwheat flour and aged white cheddar cheese. These will be good with my soup at work.
