Taking steps: against all odds
The little girls' dreams were not going to be easily accomplished. It was as though her family knew what she dreamed at night, for they kept telling her almost daily that she would have challenges to face in life. She would have to work harder than most for everything she received, and more importantly, she would face storms, gigantic storms that would stop a normal person. But, she knew she was not normal. She possessed something special. Her dreams reaffirmed that fact. She did not know exactly what kind of storms were coming, but there was one thing for sure, she knew she would take them one step-at-a-time, regardless of the storms that would lie ahead.
