Twiggy Yumi ver. 1 and 2
I was deleting a bunch of photos off of my computer, and thought I would upload these comparison shots I took of version one and two Twiggy Yumi when I had possession of both of them a couple of months ago. I thought others might find them interesting too.
The one on the left is the second edition Twiggy Yumi (my Kiyomi) - she came with a pink dress. The one on the right is first edition - she came with a green dress.
I was surprised how different they looked- especially in person. The 1st release's face up was more monochromatic - her lips are very muted. The second release had much more color to her cheeks and lips- it is less obvious in the photo than in real life.
To be honest, in photos I thought the first version of this face plate was the most beautiful (on the right). I briefly toyed with the idea of keeping that face plate, since her lips were in perfect condition, unlike Kiyomi's.
But in person I preferred Kiyomi (and obviously, I view her in person most often). Plus, I do not like to split up sets that were meant to go together, and I definitely preferred my Terumi's (Yumi) face plate over the first version, so I decided to keep my original girls, as they came together, and their face ups are the same color palette.
These are unedited, other than the watermark.
