Ted's Monthly New Zealand Herald News Flash - A New Addition July 17th... %-)

Saturday July 17th 2010

A Special News Flash that Ted wanted to share with you all...

Prior to his monthly news update due out on the 19th...

Today Saturday 17th, my Niece Sinead gave birth to a gorgeous little boy.

Ted felt this was MOST worthy of a special comment....

He thought it would be interesting for little Sebastian to look back on when he's older....

To see what was in the headlines on the day he was born! %-)

Although we're not so sure this is such a nice headline to be reading!

But we've saved the WHOLE paper for him...

So there may be lots of interesting little things to look back on one day! %-)

And since it is the 'year of the Tiger' ...

We have found a cuddly little friend to keep Sebastian company!

We have some cute little outfits too....

but will show you them later...

hopefully with Sebastian wearing them! %-)

MYSTERY OVER MISSING MOTHER...

Fears are mounting for a Remuera mother missing for two weeks and police say they are "preparing for the worst"...

South African-born Carmen Thomas has not been seen since July 1 and police are worried for the safety of the 32-year-old Aucklander following the discovery of her car. "We've got concerns, considering the way the car was left in Hamilton, the fact that she's not made any contact with her 5-year-old and her bank account hasn't been touched since the 27th [of last month]," Acting Detective Inspector Mark Benefield said last night.

While there was no evidence at this stage to suggest anything sinister, Ms Thomas's work as an escort at a gentlemen's club heightened the chances of her having come to harm, he said. "She was quite a vivacious young lady who liked partying, so it means you open yourself up." Mr Benefield said police were "hoping for the best but preparing for the worst".
