Sunday May 9th - HAPPY MOTHERS DAY

 

A little poem that I wrote for my Mum for Mothers Day when I was 16....

 

Mother are so special,

One's like you so rare.

Please Mum always remember,

You have a Daughter who really cares.

You are the kindest, sweetest, most thoughtful person

I could ever have wanted you to be.

That's what makes me so very proud,

To be a member of your family tree.

Yesterday we spent the day helping my Sister move house...

We are all rather tired and achy as a result!

Today we're all going to have a lazy relaxing afternoon round at Mums!

I'm making a big pot of soup and some other little treats for lunch...
