A little late - because my jetlag is improving and I managed to sleep a bit longer!

 

These temple guards are at the entrance to Wat Arun - I had travelled to Bangkok many times and always wanted to visit, but had never made it until we went in August. I spent 2 days touring temples and palaces with my DS and his girlfriend. It was a journey in the normal sense, but also the achievement of a dream to see these places - so a different kind of journey too!
