Multicolored Baby Chips

Baby colored potatoes of purple, white and red, thin sliced, fried then seasoned with sea salt and chili flakes. These crunchy and flavorful chips are a great snack and fun to serve at parties. If you can’t find all the colors of potatoes don’t worry it only adds to the effect.What ever color you use these chips will taste great and please that craving for crunch. Using a salad spinner will help remove most of the moisture before they go into the deep fryer.
