Young Hummer (somewhat lazy) on Aloe
I was again delighted to see my young friend as I am sure that it is on of the two babies of the Hummer family I have been documenting. I had brought this blooming Aloe and placed it close to the nest when the female was still feeding the babies to make it a little easier on her......never thought that the offspring themselves would return to feed on the flowers!! This little guy is 45 days old.
