The Intention is to produce this cloud series around the differing patterns, beauty and awesomeness that I see in sky, and without technical comment.
Recently I started to look more skyward, observing natures ever changing cloud formations that briefly hover above and around my garden. I have, for the time being, become obsessed with what I see in our brilliant blue sky, recon I have taken around 50 or so cloud shots this past four weeks or so.
I am in the path of a predominantly westerly/ south westerly air stream that bringing a variety of spectacular formations across from the Atlantic, many cumulus, cumulus towers , altostratus and cirrus
I seem to preferred clicking at around 10 to 30 degrees above the horizontal, often ‘zooming. For me this seems to created an effect as if from an aircraft,..and some pending storm shots become Nebula like in appearance, but they have all been taken within the 360 degrees confine of my garden,(except of course those shots showing some landscape). I crop some to remove low angle obstructions and maybe too much sky.
