Grilled ham and tomato and cheese sandwich

Made using honey and oat bread, spread on the inside with light mayo, stacked with a ham steak, 1/4-inch-thick-sliced tomato slices, a slice of Tillamook medium cheddar cheese, and then spread on the outside with butter and grilled on a stove-top griddle pan with a pot lid over the sandwich as each side was toasted. Yummy!
