May 13, 2011 - 94th Anniversary of the Apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Fatima, Portugal
Today, May 13, 2011, we celebrate the solemn feast of the 94th Anniversary of the Apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary to the Three Shepherds - Francisco, Jacinta and Lucia, in the small village of Fatima in Portugal, in 1917, bringing messages of hope, love, faith and salvation and encouraging people to love God above all and make repentance for their sins and to sacrifice themselves by praying the Holy Rosary everyday and to suffer like Our Lord Jesus Christ for the salvation of the whole mankind, especially the souls in purgatory.
Above are the Holy Relics under my care - from the Clothing of Three Holy Shepherds of Fatima (left and right), and a Holy Card with an image of Our Lady of Fatima (middle). Below is the Rosary I use in my daily prayer.
