Kracked R!! Palindrome Thankful Thurs: 9/19/19 so we had to make sure it was extra FUN and ended class with abs and Wailee giving everyone kisses hahahahaha!! A special night because Wailee is done with chemo and does not have kidney disease....she's a little tired and not much of an appetite today, but still perked up when it was time to go to class and she got a couple good squirrel chases in....AWESOME to see No Way Eva back AND Kracked Rob earned many bonus points because he came without Kracked K and Kracked I!!! He asked what his bonus was and I said there was no bonus hahahhaahahahhah!! After our sunset hike on the Lower Peacock Trail, we stopped in the parking lot for our HIIT Station!! Intervals of Speedwalk, Jog, Balance, Strength Training and we even used the parking lot cones for Weighted Partner Core/Strength/Cardio FUN!!! HAHAHHA! Well, it was FUN for me...especially because I got to enjoy the beautiful pink/purple sunset taking pictures with Wailee while they were gasping hahahaha!
