Maniac Mon: It's always awesome when you start the week off with a dolphin show.....HITT the ramps/stairs to RAT where we stopped for our Cardio Sprints/Agility vs Arms/Legs/Abs....after class I ran into Hoosh and Heidi-the-Dog....Heidi is now 9 years old...seems like yesterday when we met them and she was a young pup wanting to run!! Such a bummer Hoosh hurt his back so we don't see him much anymore. Beautiful Monday!! Great job guys!
