Skin resource pack being resold, 3

Both are currently deactivated because of the DMCA, but just so you can see what they are about and don't think that I've used a demo of a mere 'skin' of hers to take these pics - no, these are pics of the demo of her skin *resource* pack.
I'm posting more evidence, so that even a blind person has to see how her resource pack is really just a variation of mine. In this picture, have a good look at the ears. and that mole near the shoulder, towards the front.

The left side shows a snapshot of Tyr Rozenblum's 'Sweet Augustine' skin resource pack demo. The right shows the demo for my own 'Second photorealistic resource pack' available at uncensored.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&...
Tyr had bought said resource pack of mine on the 24th of April, 2009, 12:36 (SLT) inworld.
She also had to email me a signed license which forbids her to sell my resource pack - altered or unaltered - as a resource pack (it's intended to create SKINS, not resource packs!).
Also, she had asked me in IM before buying if it was okay to 'create commercial skins' with my resource pack, to which I replied, sure you can create skins, just don't sell it as a resource pack.
Upon finding out about her resource packs (which actually were two, plus TGA files - all of them using my resource pack as a base!), I filed a DMCA - and she now has the NERVE to file a counterclaim!
