12.30.09 079 Epidendrum Mabel Kanda x Encyclia Randii Orchid
this is the first bloom since out of flask 2 years ago. this is the biggest epidendrum i have seen, easily twice as big as my other epidendrums with a width of 2.5" inches and a height of 4.5" inches.
when they are fairly small under 1' the spikes usually have 2-3 flowers each. when they get to 2-3 feet tall then the spikes usually double the flowers to 6 ect. ect.
