South Yard- Sheboygan, WI 1996
Sometime during the fall of 1996 I grabbed this shot of the coal trian power at South Yard. The crews often parked here to go to beans at the Sheboygan Family restaurant (heck, it may still have been Hardees back then) They did this so often that the MOW gang even put a steel walkway with handrails across the marshy ditch that I was standing in when I took the picture. Alas, we don't see C&NW units in Sheboygan anymore. The two remaining are now wandering the mainlines of the UP system.
