Edgewater EMD

This old goat has been a bit of a headache for Edgewater. When it arrived on the scene, it was in need of numerous repairs. Since the Utility owns the CRANDIC, the switcher was sent there for repairs (at least once if not twice) I'm pretty sure it has left town again.
