PanWorld/Three Speed Project 4

This is one of the main reasons I decided on this frame to develope a three-speed from it. This cottered crank is of a higher quality than I've seen on other bikes. I don't know if it's English, or Austrian, I just like it. I'm going with the cottered look because I want this project to have an English feel about it. I guess we'll see.
