Chocolate Guinness Ice Cream

I've been curious about this recipe for a while now, and I finally got around to trying it. I really liked this ice cream. Unlike some reviews I read here, I found the beer flavor subtle. It perfectly complemented the chocolate, adding a dept of flavor. I doubt you could identify it if you didn't know it was there.
