No Friction
I spent a week with a friend, camping along the Oregon Coast. This shot was taken the only time we weren't within earshot of one another for the entire trip. I snuck away while she finished setting up camp. Very poor etiquette by me!
The point being, the potential for tension and irritation with such continual proximity was large, but none occured. Even on the long drive home from California to BC we were still cracking bad jokes. And smiling. I can't imagine I can have less friction with anyone. Not saying she's an angel, just that we get along. Am lucky to have Niki as a friend.
Though ironically, my taking this photo made us miss the restaurant closing time and she enjoys food. A tiny crack I guess. ;)
