Honour Roll
My oldest son Zachary is in his first year of high school. His report card for term 2 came home today.
In the past, his marks were so-so. The effort not much better.
This term he has really applied himself. He takes transit to my parents house each week. They feed and tutor him in Math & French. He walks himself to school and wasn't late once.
He made Honour Roll.
For the first time.
Zack has lived with me fulltime, since he was 2. I don't know I have ever been more proud of him. Not for the certificate. But because of his self-driven effort. His effort.
I'm proud of you Zack.
