Winter Waves
Am stopping in to wish my Flickr friends a Happy 2014! I haven't had much time to be out with the camera lately, but did head down to my favorite beach on Lake Superior to treat myself to a winter sunrise last weekend - and thought I'd share two of my favorites. With overcast skies the sun never made its grand entrance, but the clouds provided for a sweet mood and helped bring out those glorious glacial blues of the stack ice on the shore. These particular "waves" are maybe 12 feet tall.
