Drafting Goats

Ken Lees, a farm hand at the "Karoola" property in Lightning Ridge, Australia, carefully sorts through the farm's goat herd to separate individuals weighing over 25 kilograms in live weight. Once a thousand such goats are drafted, they will be sold for twelve dollars each to an abbatoir in Charleville, Queensland, for processing before being exported for meat to Asian markets.
