At Houyet, before the electrification, the Diesel locomotives class 52, 53, 54 (ex 202, 203, 204 and after transformation of their cabins) almost had the exclusivity of freight trains on that important line from (Antwerp harbour) Namur - Dinant - Bertrix - Athus and further to Luxembourg and France.
