Marang is a fruit very common throughout the beautiful island of Mindanao in the Southern Philippines. Could easily be one of the most delicious fruit you could find anywhere. It is in season during the months of August, September and October, somewhat the same time as the Durian which is also very common in the island. One word to describe the taste of this amazing fruit is "heavenly". It is simply one of the best, if not the best!
