Handle Mountain

I will always call this knob in the Matanuska Valley 'Handle Mountain' because that's what my kids called it when they were little. Others, 'uniformed', call it Lion's Head.

 

Glenn Highway, about halfway between Glenallen and Anchorage, a dusting of snow along the shoulders of the road, the Chugach Mountains are well covered with snow.
