Steetley stack demolished

Sunday 29th July 2012 saw the final piece of a world leading industrial site demolished. The stack at the Steetley Maganisite was felled. The stack was a prominent landmark for decades towering over Hartlepool. The site is being redeveloped with a housing development proposed to be built.
