Help needed!!!

Guys i have been trying editing in Photoshop for past few days and your comments and suggestions are really helping me improve myself!!! Here too i need your help!!!

 

I have tried giving a soft look to the skin of the baby using Surface Blur tool and then subsequently using erase tool and heal tool to clear some part!!! Also i have used Burn tool and Blur tool a little bit!!!

 

I'm not so sure if i have done it quiet well!!! Your suggestions and comments will be really very helpful!!!!
