Baling Hay in the Pumphouse Field
This is my brother baling hay on the family farm. The tractor is a 1952 Ford 8N and the baler is a 1952 New Holland with a 2 cylinder Wiscosin engine on it. The old 8Ns just don't have enough power to run a pto driven baler so this is the set up that seeems to work.... most of the time. The baler is a tricky old thing to keep going.
