Today's photo - "Elote Man"
It had been a few months since I ran while the boy was practicing football, but I did this day - I ran/walked 3 miles. I was starving at the end and then the Elote Man shows up, it took all my strength not to cave into an elote in cup (it's a new thing I guess).. I remember when elotes came on the cob, with all those amazing (too many calories) toppings. Well, at least this family enjoyed the Elote Man's goods. LOL!
