77/365 - no, this cabbage did not die in vain. On a side note, I love my Global chef knife. It was one of the best gifts my husband ever gave me and I use it every day. Tony Bourdain, in his book Kitchen Confidential, said that it is one of the best knives you could get for $100. I imagine I'll have this knife for the rest of my life.
