There was a huge media precence with the cameras almost egging on the violence.

 

As soon as there was any hint of trouble the cameras would be raised above the crowd and start flashing.

 

It gave any scuffles that broke out between protestors and police a very surreal strobe light effect.

 

As soon as a baton was lifted it was like everything went into slow motion.
