Glossa
The little town of Glossa sits on the hillside above the port of Loutraki. It is mainly residential and with little concession to tourism. It is full of narrow alleyways and steps, with tubs of flowers decorating the doorsteps, a fascinating place to explore. The lack of people is due to us visiting in the heat of the day, when most sensible Greeks are taking a siesta - but you know what they say about mad dogs and Englishmen (or women)...
