I made this photo of a child about to go down a slide as Melody and I end our walk through John McLaren Park in mid July 2025. As we walked the downward sloped path I saw this young girl repeatedly using this slide. Once she hit the ground she immediately ran up the stairs of the slide to do it again, and again. I captured this image from quite a distance above the playground, using my Canon Powershot SX50.
