Overexposed slice of moon from San Francisco 20191230-201635 cw50 C4
Sometimes the first attempt at an image capture does not produce the envisioned outcome. My first shot of this slice of the moon was greatly overexposed or, at least, not what I was trying to produce. I adjusted my camera to a fully manual shot for the second attempt made 3 and one half minutes later from the front steps of our San Francisco home. I posted the overexposed image because lots of people seem to like moon shots like that. I shot this and the following image using my Canon Powershot SX50.
