First Quarter Moon over San Francisco 20190412-004148 cw50 C4
I made this and the following photo of the first quarter moon in the wee hours of the morning on April 12, 2019 from the back deck of our San Francisco home. I had my camera set at spot focus but the dark surrounding the moon overwhelmed the exposure even with the camera set at 1200mm. I am including this photo as it is because many Flickr viewers seem to prefer these overexposed moon images. I shot this using my Canon Powershot SX50.
