This telephoto moon shot is the first of a series of three taken from Sacramento California the night before the Full Super Wolf Blood Moon of January 20, 2019. The moon was visible for short times because of the cloud cover of the night. I shot all three hand held photos in less than a minute using my Canon Powershot SX50.
