Waxing Crescent moon daytime photo one 20171024-182356 C4
This is the first of three photos taken of the waxing crescent moon taken withing two hours on the evening of October 24, 2017. The sky was still blue when I pointed my Canon Powershot SX50 toward the sky with my Camera set manually on the daytime setting and a focal length of infinity. I am not sure why the background turned out black and the slice of moon yellowish; maybe because it was actually underexposed.
