Steve is one of three technicians who work out of a small booth in a shopping center in Millbrae California who fix computers for very nominal fees. I stopped by for a visit and, as we were talking, Steve told me about the new device he got for his wheelchair that made wheeling much easier. After he attached the power drive wheels to his wheelchair, Steve turned his back to me so I could see and photograph the Smart Drive that has greatly improved his life. He said he can now motor his wheelchair around the shopping center or even the 10 or so blocks to his home without having to use his car. He was all smiles. I was thrilled to see him so happy.
