This might seem like any photo of a car cruising down a city street. However, this car is actually parked in the middle of the street next to available legal parking at the curb. This type of inconsiderate behavior is becoming more and more common. Maybe people just feel the world revolves around them and that they have no social responsibility to be courteous, or maybe they are just devoid of humanity.
