Moderately cropped version of Anita in far background walking through Mono Lake grasses on a cold cold morning 20110926-063918 C4Be
This is the moderately cropped version of an image of the wetlands bordering Mono Lake early on a cold Monday morning near the end of September 2011. My photography friend Anita and I had taken a trip to Mono Lake via California State Route 120 through Yosemite and over Tioga Pass. In this image, Anita is but a speck in the left middle for this early morning photo excursion. We had parked near Navy Beach and I shot mainly from there. Anita walked some distance West toward the South Tufa Area where she is standing in this photo. You can see a telephoto shot of Anita in the next slide. My camera was at its widest angle and wide open for this shot before the crop. Glad my camera was even working in this cold, cold morning.
