Almost full moon taken from San Francisco 20140512-202238 C4
Captured this image from my home in San Francisco two evenings before the full moon in May of 2014. I am very lucky to frequently have access to views of the moon right from the deck at the back of my house. That is from where I took this photo. The settings on my Canon Powershot SX50 were 1/1000 sec at f6.5, ISO 200, manually focused at infinity. I don't know why the exif information states 215 mm when the actual setting was at focal length of 1,200 mm. Maybe the exif information was truncated.
