Getting ready to fly-fish
T'is that time again. Yes Yes I know it's still Man Month (but with only 6 days and counting down yay!), but No not That Time!
June fishing trip is upon us.
We had to wait until the flood, rain and thunder/lighting storm warnings subsided in the area we are heading. A little later start than usual, but his nibs is confident that Man Month will not let him down. Titles of KingFisher and Princess TroutMaster are once again up for grabs, but only one can claim. The voting lines are open folks, let 'er rip!
Sedona is alive and teeming with objects d'art and all things expensive and beautifully crafted. We were quite taken with this outdoor sculpture and I quite liked the foreShadowing!
Somewhat appropos of us getting ready to fly off to a favourite lake in the Kootenays. There it will be trout not salmon, with hopes of successful catch and release dry fly action.
