NOTES FUNCTION NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I'm using this photo to show that the "notes" function isn't working properly

 

there are 9 notes on this photo . top left,top right,bottom left,bottom right ,centre left,centre right ,bottom middle top middle and in the middle

 

Although i can see the boxes for all nine the only ones that display content are top middle,bottom middle and centre.

 

is this the same with you ?
